MATHJÄLPEN IN LUND

Help for both people and the environment

Mathjälpen is a social outreach program of the Pentecostal Church in Lund. With this program we want to support those who may be having a hard time financially.

We do this by collecting short-dated food items from our partners. The food becomes part of a grocery bag, providing an environmental solution to food waste.

Since we only distribute what we receive, the contents and quantity of the food bag varies. It should therefore not be seen as complete, but as an aid along the way. To take part in a grocery bag, contact us and make an application. We then ask some questions to be able to adapt the contents of the food bag.

We obviously strive to have as secure a dividend as possible from an infection control point of view.

Would you need a grocery bag? Or do you want to volunteer to sort and distribute the food? Contact us and we will tell you more!

Welcome to read more here.

        • We ask that all observe the covid protocols, including staying at home when you or someone you have contacted has developed covid-19 symptoms.
        • Additionally, we will not have fika after service for the next 4 weeks as we study and assess the situation.
